Columbia West provided special inspection and testing services for development of The Springs Living, a
12-story senior living community located at the Vancouver Waterfront. Columbia West led and managed all structural special inspections services by working closely with the management team, contractors, and local jurisdictional agencies. Services included testing and inspection of reinforced concrete for mats and footings, cast-in-place walls, structural columns and beams, and shotcrete walls. Columbia West also inspected post-tension concrete slabs, reinforced masonry, structural steel welding, and bolting. Columbia West assisted with construction management activities by offering our extensive expertise derived from our highly qualified staff of engineers, special inspectors, and engineering technicians.
