Columbia West provided the initial geotechnical site investigation including subsurface exploration, in situ field strength testing, laboratory analysis, design, and construction recommendations. In addition to providing geotechnical support and assistance during the design and planning phase, Columbia West is currently performing construction oversight and inspection services during the mass grading ground improvements phase as well as specialized inspection services for the school building including, concrete, rebar, masonry, welding, steel, high-strength bolting inspection and more. Columbia West’s full-service approach provides a continuity of services from initial design to building occupancy.
